1.External leakage is completely blocked, internal leakage is easy to control, and it is safe to use

Internal and external leakage are elements that endanger safety. Other self-controlled valves usually extend the valve stem and control the rotation or movement of the valve core by electric, pneumatic or hydraulic actuators. All of this needs to solve the problem of external leakage caused by the long-term operation of the valve stem dynamic seal. Only the solenoid valve is accomplished by the electromagnetic force acting on the iron core sealed in the magnetic isolation sleeve of the electric regulating valve. There is no dynamic seal, so external leakage is prone to blockage. The torque control of the electric valve is not easy, and it is prone to internal leakage, and even the valve stem head may be pulled off. The structural type of the solenoid valve is easy to control internal leakage until it is reduced to zero. Therefore, solenoid valves are particularly safe to use, especially suitable for corrosive, toxic or high and low temperature media.

2.The system is simple, easy to connect to a computer and inexpensive

The solenoid valve itself has a simple structure and a low price. Compared with other types of actuators such as control valves, it is easier to install and maintain. More significantly, the automatic control system composed is much simpler and much cheaper. Since the solenoid valve is controlled by a switch signal, it is very convenient to connect with an industrial control computer. In today's era when computers are widespread and prices have dropped significantly, the advantages of solenoid valves are even more obvious.

3.Quick action, low power consumption and lightweight design

The response time of solenoid valves can be as short as a few milliseconds, and even pilot-operated solenoid valves can be controlled within tens of milliseconds. Because it forms a self-contained circuit, it responds more sensitively than other automatic control valves. A well-designed solenoid valve coil has very low power consumption and is an energy-saving product. It can also be achieved that just by triggering the action, the valve position is automatically maintained, and it does not consume any power at all during normal operation. The solenoid valve has a small external dimension, which not only saves space but also is lightweight and aesthetically pleasing.

4.The adjustment accuracy is limited, and the applicable medium is also restricted

Solenoid valves usually have only two states: on and off. The valve core can only be in two extreme positions and cannot be continuously adjusted, so the adjustment accuracy is still subject to certain limitations.

The solenoid valve has a relatively high requirement for the cleanliness of the medium. Media containing particulate matter are not suitable. If there are impurities, they must be filtered out first. In addition, viscous media are not applicable, and the viscosity range of media suitable for specific products is relatively narrow.
